Development Notes:
Built in 5 days as a rapid prototyping challenge. This is version 2.0, rebuilt entirely based on player feedback. The first version had 6 scenarios and basic mechanics. This version has 20 scenarios, 4 difficulty levels, a Learn More panel, and real dispatch-inspired Day 4 calls.
